How to Join the F5 Brawl Division

People wishing to join the Fatal 5 will be tested. They must receive 2 recommendations from Rec testers and pass an evaluation by the Final tester in order to be a member. In order to join the Brawl Division, you MUST make a new thread and fill out this form. This is so testers can have a general sense of the player you are and schedule an appropriate time for your test. If you do not fill out the form, you will NOT be tested.
